Delanda Monique Lowe, 47, of Eden, NC passed Sunday, May 7, 2023. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Eden, NC with the Memorial Service beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Mrs. Delanda Monique Lowe was born on July 18, 1975, to Swannee and the late William Sharpe. She unexpectedly departed this life on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at age 47.

Monique, a believer of God, dedicated her life to fulfilling her purpose and living God’s principles. She professed a hope in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ at an early age. She was a beautiful, caring and loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother (gigi), sister, aunt and friend to all who knew and loved her. She was honored, loved and respected by her family and many friends. She had a heart of gold and distributed love to everyone and everywhere that she went.

Monique was a graduate of Dalton L. McMichael High School, Class of 1993. She had a love for people, spending time with family, cooking and being the life of the party. Monique married Timothy Earl Lowe on December 20, 1997. To this union, two sons were born: Darian Jujuan Lowe and Jaylen Denzel Lowe. We thank God for her life of love, joy and devotion.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband, two sons; grandsons, Jakobe Lowe, Nico Lowe and Demetrius Lowe; mother, Swannee Sharpe; sister, Kim Brim (Rod), brother, Marcus Sharpe; nephew, Lebron Brim, niece, Layah Brim; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
