Elizabeth Brim, 90 of Madison, NC passed Saturday February 28, 2026. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday March 7, 2026, at Mt. Carmel Holiness Church, 703 Mt. Carmel St. Madison, N.C. with the “Celebration of Life” beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Citizens Cemetery, Madison, NC.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday March 6, 2026, at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home Madison, NC.

God in His infinite wisdom called Elizabeth Brim home, February 28, 2026, at Gibson Home in Wentworth, Rockingham County, NC. She was born in Rockingham County, NC on April 17, 1935; the first child was born to the late Mr. James Francis Dalton and Mrs. Hester Meadors Dalton.
Elizabeth attended the former Charles R. Drew High School in Madison, NC. She was a domestic worker and babysitter in Rockingham County, NC and New Jersey. She was a faithful member of her church in New Jersey until she came back home to Madison, NC and became a member of Mt. Carmel Holiness Church of God. She was faithful to her church, enjoyed being a member of the adult Sunday School class and worship service.
Elizabeth was married to the late Carl Brim. She was the mother of four children, two preceded her in death: Antony Brim and Sheila Brim. She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Jenny Flear Dalton, Mary Lee Glenda Dalton, Frances Whitley and Farry Yvonne Davis. One great grandson, Anthony Isaiah Dickens; two nephews; Kervin Davis and Calvin Ruth Dalton.
She leaves to cherish her memories : two sons; William Dalton (Mildred) of Eden, NC and Michael Brim (Ticia) of Portsmouth, VA; two sisters; Clara Dalton of Mayodan, NC and Patricia Craig (Raymond) of Stoneville, NC; two brothers; William Dalton (Daisy) of Huntsville, AL and Joe Dalton (JoAnn) of Stoneville, NC; two brothers-in-law; John
Russell Whitley of Queens, NY and James Davis of Plainfield, NJ; eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
