Ervin Leonard Goolsby, Jr. 59 of Winston Salem, NC (formerly of Walnut Cove, NC) passed Sunday, September 13, 2026. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Withers Chapel Church, 2793 Pine Hall Rd., Walnut Cove, NC 27052. A Celebration of Life" will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Public viewing will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
