I remember meeting Karla when I was set up doing a community screening for Rockingham Chiropractic Center at Tractor Supply in Eden on the morning of April 30, 2021. Her personality won me over immediately as she talked about her military experience and then how she had moved back to Eden to care for mother who had since passed away. I saw a beautiful blend of a tough exterior with a tender heart in Karla. She ended up signing up to come in for an evaluation as she used to go to a chiropractor and believed in it and she definitely preferred the holistic approach to healthcare. Our chiropractic family fell in love with her the first day she came in! Her sarcasm and sense of humor made our days better! We didn't hear her complain even when we knew she wasn't feeling the best, especially the last several months. We're so honored to have had her in our family for over 2 years and I'm thankful I was ironically set up at the store that day to meet her and that I got to hug her when she came in to get adjusted about a month ago!!!
My condolences goes out to the family, and I know she will be truly missed. I will continually pray for the family. Daryll Neal Sturdivant
