Leroy C. Broadnax,56, of Eden, NC died April 27, 2021. A public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Perry- Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Hamlin Cemetery.
Leroy was born on August 30, 1964. He departed this life on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. Leroy accepted Christ at a young age and was a member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church his entire life. He was one who loved his family and friends unconditionally. He never met a stranger. He attended Rockingham County schools and graduated from John Motley Morehead High school in 1982. He graduated from Barber Scotia College, Concord, NC and was employed by Best Care Professional Services, Greensboro, NC. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Otis & Ethel Broadnax, aunties, Mamas Beverly Broadnax and Mdglon Perkins, a great aunt, Pauline Freeman.

Leroy was oh so humble, always smiling and shared years of wisdom. Leroy loved to teach and train. We always appreciated his talent as a Master Chef and a GRILL Master.
