Marie Ziglar Hoover, 99 of Madison, NC passed Wednesday August 12, 2026. Homegoing Service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Goodwill Baptist Church, 1036 K-Fork Rd. Madison, NC. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Public viewing will be held Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home, 402 Short Ave. Madison, NC.

The last of the immediate children of John and Lucy Ziglar has entered rest. Be encouraged family because he only takes the best. We thank God that he blessed her to live to be 99 years old. I shall treasure all of the visits that I had with her. Aunt Ree called me the little dancing girl, lol. My last visit with her on my way out the door, she said, wait, you didnt dance so I put on some music and as usual she laughed and I danced.
