Sandra “Dimples” Meadows - Roberts, 74 of Madison, NC passed Saturday, June 8, 2024. Public viewing will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC from 12:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Mary D. Perry Chapel of Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC with the service at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Stoneville Community Cemetery, Stoneville, NC.

Sandra S. Meadows – Roberts was born May 24, 1950 in Rockingham County, NC to the late Matt and Sallie Meadows. She transitioned from her earthly life at Annie Penn Hospital, June 8, 2024.

Sandra was married to the late James H. Roberts. She was employed as a cook at Bob’s Restaurant for 25 years.

She was also preceded in death by sisters, Betty Jo Hampton, Margaret Winchester, Bertha Meadows and brother, Donnie Meadows.

She leaves to cherish her memory: Children; Katina Wadelington (Everett) of Madison, NC, Keith Roberts of Stoneville, NC, James E. Roberts, Bretannia Moore (Ronnie) of Eden, NC, Sarah Mitchell (James) of Stokesdale, NC. Brother; Matt Meadows, Jr. of Eden, NC. Sister; Dorothy Meadows, sister-in-law; Christine Martin (Ray) of Axton, VA, Betty Thomas (Linhburg) of Stoneville, NC. Eight grandchildren; Lonnie Roberts, Erica Scales Giles, Quentin Hairston, Sierra Caple, Kayla Mitchell, Lavonne Knight, Crashandra Sandvoal, Christine Vazquez, along with a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

I had the chance to meet Dimples a few years ago. She was such a sweet person. She would have you laughing before you left her house. She was also a great cook. I send my condolences and prayers to the family. Stephanie

Auntee Dimples where do I start you been knowing me since I was a little girl you always called me Boodie 😍 it was all laughs. Saturdays I always look forward seeing you I knew I was going to get all the change to go to the roll-a-bout. I did speak with you which was a blessing 🙌🏾 Ima miss you a whole lot as well as everybody most importantly mama is you was always with her wherever she go you was with her.
