Obituary For Telisa Ann Lowe
Telisa Lowe, 51 of Eden, NC passed Tuesday June 24, 2025. Public viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home, 402 Short Avenue Madison, NC. The family will receive friends Sunday June 29, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at New Light Refuge Temple 2441 Bethany Rd Madison, NC with the service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Collins Cemetery, Madison, NC.
On June 24, 2025, Telisa Ann Lowe was called home to be with her heavenly father. She was born July 1, 1973 in Rockingham County, NC to Bobby and Ruby Lowe. She attended Rockingham County High School and later became a licensed CNA.
Telisa was very well known and loved throughout her community, for her genuine and comedic spirit. She was a die-hard DUKE fan, and fashion was her second language. Our mother was a soldier, a natural queen and would do anything for anybody. Something most would not know about her would be her passion for writing poetry. She absolutely loved a good singing show and never turned down a good movie. As a child, Talisa always had the same sweet and kind spirit that she had as an adult. She never met a stranger; everyone always acknowledged her sweet and beautiful smile. Anyone who met her was greatly impacted by her.
Telisa never hesitated at the opportunity to spend time with family and there was a light that would later bloom life into four healthy children, although she didn’t have a biological sister her cousins became sisters to her. She shared a very special bond with her cousins; Lakeisha Bennet-Martin and Jessica Bennett.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Shawn Lowe. To cherish her loving memory, she leaves: her parents; Bobby and Ruby Lowe and brother, Jerry Lowe. Her children; Shakeisha Lowe, Natahj Dalton, Dominique Lowe (Alexus Hampton) and Keyamone Lowe. Her nieces: Aniyah Bennett and Janelle Broady, along with a host of aunts, uncles and her “country cousins”, whom she dearly love and viewed as her siblings.
