Bishop John Weldon Latta, 54, formerly of High Point, NC entered eternal rest on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Moses Cone Hospital.
A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, February 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.
My deepest condolences to all family and friends. I pray that God strengthens you all, in this time of need. I am proud to call him my friend. He had a love for music and an energy that I have never felt in any artist. Through him, I met some extraordinary people.
