Jacqueline Boyd Parham, 62, entered eternal rest peacefully on September 11, 2019 following an extended illness. “Jackie” as she was affectionately called, was born on January 25, 1957 in High Point, NC to the late Andrew S. Boyd and Litha Foster Boyd. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, John, James Thomas and Willie Boyd.
She graduated from T. Wingate Andrews High School. She had an appreciation for mathematics and numbers which led to her attending North Carolina Central University with a major in Accounting. While there, she was initiated into the Alpha Chi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and formed lasting friends. After her collegiate experience, she worked and retired as an Accountant from Hunter Farms after serving 20+ years.

Jackie was a dedicated mother who treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She adored her role as a grandmother. She had a vivacious personality and made friends easily everywhere she traveled; and she adored her co-workers at Hunter Farms.
Jackie is survived by her four loving children: Mandy Dagold (Barry) of Laurel, MD, Litha Parham of Richmond, VA, Michael Parham, Jr. (Krista) of Greensboro, NC and Bryan Parham of Farmington, NH; her sisters, Dr. Gwendolyn Boyd Peart of Charlotte, NC, Jannie Boyd Spencer (Keith) of High Point, NC; brother, Jarrell Boyd of High Point, NC; sisters-in-law, Annie Mae Boyd and Carolyn Boyd of High Point, NC; beloved grandchildren, Tapanga Parham of Durham NC; Zuri Seotsanyana, Selah Joy Dagold and Asher Dagold of Laurel, MD, Ahtil Sironi of Richmond, VA, Damien Parham and Lincoln Parham of Greensboro, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends who will miss her dearly and cherish many precious memories.
