Brian F. Foster (affectionately known as B. Foster), 37, departed this life Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born in High Point on May 15, 1986, the son of Ricky Foster and Betty Lane Foster. He was preceeded in death by his maternal grandparents, Willie and Frances Lane and paternal grandparents, Homer and Dorothy Foster.
A lifelong resident of High Point, he attended T. W. Andrews High School. Growing up, Brian was active in the Carl Chavis YMCA Xtreme Step Team, he played AAU basketball and enjoyed fishing. was a history buff and was always watching The History Channel and the Discovery Channel. He enjoyed watching college and professional sports; DUKE and the CAROLINA PANTHERS were his favorite teams.
He leaves to cherish his wonderful memory, parents Betty and Ricky; son, Ethan and daughter, Jordan Foster (children’s mother Wendy King); sister, Angela Lane; niece, Rashanda Lane; a special friend, Jasmine Holland; cousins, Aubrey, Rodney, and David (Junior) Matthews, and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and other times at 2119 Edgewood Dr. High Point, NC 27262.
