Sending words of much love and comfort to Terry's family. May God's love continue to keep each of you in perfect peace. Blessings, Ernestine(Tine) Dockery-Roy

Before I ever met Terry, I heard so many wonderful things about him from his precious wife, Bell....my sweet "soul sister" and sister in Christ. I finally had the pleasure of meeting him just a few short weeks ago. I'm so thankful I finally had the opportunity to meet the man that captured and held her heart all these years....her husband...her life partner....and the father to her children and grandchildren. He was in Bell's store, and I looked at him and asked him if he was kin to her. They both laughed, and she said, "Yeah, he's kin....that's my husband!" We all got a good laugh out of that one and I told him what a pleasure it was to finally meet him. We talked for a little bit and then he had to leave. So I didn't know him well, but what I do know is, he's been a wonderful husband to my friend Bell, for 50 years. And if she chose him, to be the one man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with....that's all I need to know about him. I know he was worthy of the love of an amazing woman. I'm so sad for her that he's passed, but at the same time, I'm thankful they found each other and shared a beautiful life together for 50 years. I'm thankful the Lord was kind in that he was taken quickly and was not plagued with suffering. I'm thankful Bell was blessed with his children, so that through this generation and the next, she will have that part of him that lives on and represents his legacy and their love. My prayers are with Bell and the family that God will give them that peace that passes all understanding.....that He will give them comfort in their time of grieving.....that He will give them strength to carry on....and that His love will continuously envelope them. I pray that wonderful and happy memories of Terry will replace the tears and the heartache of losing him, with smiles and joy in the days, weeks, months and years to come. And I pray they will all hold on to the promise and the hope that if they love and have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (which I know Bell has), they will see him again one day and have eternity to spend with him in heaven..... where are there will be no more suffering, no more tears, no more death and no more sorrow. And I pray that in Jesus' name. Amen
