1 Chronicles 16:34
Oh Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever.
On Saturday, April 29, God send the Glory Train down to carry our angel, Charlie, home to glory. Charles “Rasheed” Junior Timmons, age 29, was born on February 28, 1994 to Julius and Vanessa, in Greensboro, NC.
Charlie has been singing since the age of four. All 29 years of his life he lived for and served God. He graduated from Walter Hines Page High School where he always used his beautiful voice, singing in the school choir. He later attended Parkwest Barber School. Charlie attended Thompson’s Chapel C.M.E Church, Holsey Memorial C.M.E Church, Hamlet Chapel C.M.E. Church and later returned to his home church, Williams Memorial C.M.E Church. He used his talent to audition for the X-Factor & for Sunday Best. Charlie was a former employee at Polo Ralph Lauren. His current employer was CJ Logistics where he made so many close friends.
Charles is survived by his fiancé, the love of his life for the past 2 years, Kadijah Wilson; his two children Harmony and Josiah Timmons; father Julius (Christy) Timmons; his mother, Vanessa( William) Steward; his siblings Chris Timmons, Pachener & Marlana Dumena, Ikey & Omega Steward; his dear friend, Durrell Bias, who has been there for him throughout the last few years of his life and loved him dearly; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
His beautiful soul can never be replaced and he can never be duplicated. God needed his angel to come home, to take his rest from all his labor. We will love you and cherish your memory for the rest of our days. “Well done Thy Good and Faithful Servant.”
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Williams Memorial C.M.E. Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.

To Robertson and Timmons Family, Vanessa, you all my condolences. You're in our thoughts and prayers.🙏 The McCray Family 💜
To the nephew that I never had the opportunity to meet face to face. I knew I like you anyway because of the smile on my sweet girl Kadijah's face and the wonderful things she said about your relationship and what the two of you built together. Sending condolences and grace to the family and Charlie's children as you journey through this life without Charlie's physical presence; may his continuous love give you strength. 💛 Nicolette
May God grace you all with strength during your loss.
