I never met Mr McDougal, however I knew his daughter Cynthia from being one of Jehovah witness and I went to school with his son Richard( Laidback) from knowing the 2 of them I can only imagine how great of a father he had to be. I know he is going to be missed but Jehovah speaks of a resurrection and during that time he will say get up and come out of the tombs, what a day to look forward too. Keep trusting in Jehovah. 1 Corinthians 15:21

He was the godfather to all of Nannie Bell Weeks Albea's children. We will truly miss him. RIP our Godfather. My husband (Lee Henderson) got to meet Foster when we bought our house 9 years ago and Foster and Laid-back were so happy for us. Foster was the King of the Southside and was over the community watch along with our mom(Nannie Bell Weeks Albea) and others. You will be miss. Lovingly submitted: The Albea, Weeks and Henderson Families.
I extend my sincere condolences to the entire McDougal family. Sending prayers of comfort, peace and strength to you during this time of transition. Mrs Emma would speak of Mr Foster to me almost every day that I sit with her. May God comfort and keep you for such a time as this.
