Mr. Glenn Ellsworth Robbins departed this life on August 5, 2023, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist High Point Medical Center.
Glenn was a beloved native of High Point. He was the son of Ladoska Robbins Small and Cleveland Bridges.
Glenn, a dedicated individual with a strong sense of public service, attended William Penn High School before embarking on a career in the Air Force serving his country. Following his retirement from the military, he continued to serve his community by becoming a Postal Carrier for the Post Office. His dedication to his community and the people he serves is a testament to his character and values.
Glenn's unwavering commitment to public service is an inspiration to all those around him and serves as a shinning example of the best of humanity.
Glenn's legacy will live on through his son, Tarik Jelani Jones of High Point, NC, his brother, Steve Small, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one nephew, and numerous nieces.
A memorial service will be held Monday, August14, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel.
