Mr. Kenneth Wayne Cochrane, 61, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025 at his residence.
A celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
