I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting Quan several years ago. He was a great young man and very smart with a lot of potential. To his family, there are no words to ease your pain in losing him so young, and I am so sorry for your loss. He's now God's angel and will forever be in your hearts and looking after you from above. God be with each and every one of you. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. -Capt. Lynch, HPFD
