Obituary For Mr. Robert Hunter

Robert Hunter was born November 14, 1979 to Brenda Hunter and the late LeRoy Hunter, Jr. He moved to his heavenly home on Friday, September 2, 2022.

Robert graduated from Milwaukee Public Schools. He was employed by Quad Graphics in Milwaukee, WI as a machine operator. Robert was a faithful member of Amazing Ministries Worship Center. He was a proud father of two beautiful daughters.

In 2004, Robert returned to High Point, NC with his family. He was employed by Jowatts and Unilin Flooring.

Robert confessed Jesus Christ at an early age. He was committed to the spreading of the Word of God daily to those he came in contact with, whether in person and on social media. He loved God immensely. He was a man of strong, unwavering and steadfast faith. He was a devoted family man. He attended Move of God Ministries in Greensboro, NC.

Robert leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Demetria Nelson Hunter of High Point, NC; his mother, Brenda Hunter of High Point, NC; two beautiful daughters whom he loved dearly, Daje’ Marie Hunter and Naudia Jade Hunter, and two grandchildren, all of Milwaukee WI; one brother, Ronald Hunter of High Point NC; two sisters, Katrina Burrows of Freeport IL, and Evelyn Brown of High Point, NC; his maternal grandmother, Johnsie Mae McDonald of High Point, NC; four aunts, Linda Roberts, Kaytrell Yarborough, Felisa Peguese, and Wanda Bridges; three uncles, Kevin Peguese, Brian Yarborough, and Marvin Bridges; two great aunts, Lucy Roberts of High Point, NC, and Carrie Patterson of Florida; two great uncles, William and Darryl Patterson; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow at Guil-Rand Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
