Robert Lee Bostic, a resident of High Point, NC, fell asleep in death on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Hospice of the Piedmont. He was born in Bennettsville, SC, to the late Abraham Bines and Aree Bostic. He moved to NC at an early age, and this is where he found the love of his life, Doris Bostic.
He was preceded in death by four brothers: James Lee Bostic, Anzel Bostic, Jerry Easterling, and Ronnie Easterling; two children, James McCallum and Sandra Buie; and one grandson, Pierre Buie.
Robert retired from Davis Furniture as a buffer. He loved the outdoors, deep-sea fishing, and enjoyed working with his hands. Robert was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His great-grandson, Chase, was always by his side, whether they were cutting the grass, working on the lawnmower, or simply sitting on the steps. Chase was never far from Robertβs side. He had a deep love for Jehovah, Jesus, and his spiritual family. He demonstrated his dedication to Jehovah on July 27, 2019, when he symbolized his faith by water baptism.
Those left to cherish his fond memories are his loving wife, Doris Bostic; four daughters, Jacqueline Buie, Tonya Quick, Nicole (Larry) Quick, and LaTasha Bostic; two brothers, Joseph Easterling, and Eddie Bines; six sisters, Betty Bines, Bernice (George) Wall, Phylis Easterling, Irene Cook, Voncile (James) Blue, and Cynthia (Jerry) Bethea; fourteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. .
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1600 N. Centennial Street.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.

To the loved ones of Robert Bostic:
Although we did not have the privilege of knowing Brother Bostic in this system, we sincerely hope to meet him under far better conditions to exist in paradise. (Rev. 21:4) We pray that Jehovah's promises, which we know cannot fail, will support and strengthen each of you until you are reunited with him in the not-too-distant future. (Job 14:14,15; John 5:28,29 (a)).
With all of our love and heartfelt prayers,
