Mr. Robert T. Little passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in High Point, NC. He was born on April 24, 1943, a son of the late Thelma and Lester Little. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Mae G. Flowers.
Robert an active member of Oak Grove Baptist Church for 40+ years, having served faithfully on the Male Choir, Deacon Board, and Chairman of the Trustee Board. He was a partner with F&R Housing. He was employed with Dock Edward & Sons Veneer for 14 years, and with Harrington Janitorial Service. He also was employed with Thomas Built Buses until his retirement in 2005.
Robert leaves to cherish and keep his memories alive, his wife of 34 years, Gloria Little, of the home; daughters, Robin Little (Reginald), Tonya (John) Green and Franchon Little, all of High Point, NC; grandchildren, Desi, Denise, and Jonsie; great-grandchildren, Levi, Luke, Pilar and Zaya; sisters, Ann Crawford, Lessie Dixon, and Inez Harris, all of Greensboro, NC; a special daughter, Minister Tonia Webb; special friends, Oddie Crawford, Floyd Harrington, and Lewis Taylor; a host of nieces and nephews (all who were his favorites); cousins, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel.
