Obituary For Mr. Roger Williams
Mr. Roger Lane Williams, 68, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Meridian Center. He was born November 5, 1952 to the late James Henry Williams and Elizabeth Williams. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Henry Williams, Jr.; sister, Mary E. Williams.
Roger loved fishing and was an avid sports fan of Duke basketball.
He leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter, Keisha Quick; one son, Bryan (Rachel) Quick; grandchildren, Brandon Quick, Kiyuana Quick, Breyana Quick; one great grandchild, Brielle Green; brothers, Richard (Anita) Williams and Howard (Minnie) Williams; sisters, Hazel Williams, Bernice Townsend, Pearline Townsend, Eunice (John) Jenkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A private memorial service will be held Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.
