William Eugene McCoy, 57, transitioned on October 2,2024. William "Eugene" was born to the late William McCoy, Jr. and Martha Brown McCoy on November 21, 1966, in Guilford County. In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his two sons, Jeremy and Theatmus.
He attended schools in Randolph County and was a graduated from Trinity Senior High School.
William was a very lovable, friendly person who always greeted you with a smile and laughter. He was a member at St. Mary's United Methodist Church.
Left to cherish his memory, wife, Traci McCoy; son, Jonathan; daughter, Ebonee; and two step children, Isiah and India; seven grandchildren, Nevaeh, JJ, Rhylee, Jaycere, Sky, Santrail and Promisey; one sister, Yvette (Larnzo) and one brother, Stephan; nieces, Cumeshia, Meyakka (Jamoderick), Brianna, Olivia and Isabelle; two great nephews and one great-niece and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
The family of William Eugene McCoy would like to thank everyone for their prayers, calls, text and visits. Please continue to keep us lifted up in your prayers.
