Mrs. Beulah Wallace Fair, 85, transitioned from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Monday, November 24, 2025 at her residence; surrounded by her family. Beulah was born on July 1, 1940 in Marlboro County, SC to the late Emanuel Wallace and Lula Ellison Wallace.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Fair, Sr., her parents, brothers, Clifton, Willie, Otis, George and Prince Wallace, sisters, Catherine Strong (Earl) and Janie Chavis (James).
Beulah had a passion for yard work; her landscape was beautiful. She enjoyed being outside working in her flower bed that's where she found peace. She loved having her family over for the holidays. During the summertime we could count on Beulah for a good time and cookouts. She also enjoyed traveling, after her retirement she went all over the United States and abroad.
Beulah graduated from East Hamlet High School in Hamlet, NC and Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, NC. She worked for the United States Postal Service, serving as the Branch Manager and she retired after 30 years.
Beulah was a dedicated member of Memorial United Methodist Church. She served as a Trustee, on the Finance Committee, Sick Committee, and with Food Bank until her health declined.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories son, Thomas W. Fair, Jr. of the home, grandchildren, Jalen Fair of Chicago, IL, Cameron Fair of Whitesville, NC, sisters, Louise Martin, Peggy Wallace of High Point, NC, sister-in-law, Alberta Wallace of High Point, NC and her special caretaker, Chelsea Springs, and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Mrs. Fair may be viewed at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.

Beulah was my first cousin. We shared many happy times together, whether talking on the phone or at her home. She will be missed.
