Mrs. Frances Ellen Wilson Faust “Aunt Frannie” was born January 5, 1936 in Norman, NC, a daughter of the late Beatrice Armstrong Wilson and Arthur Wilson. She peacefully entered eternal rest on December 16, 2020 at Hospice Home at High Point following an extended illness. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Faust; her daughter, Teresa Faust Terry; her brother, Leonard Wilson; her sister, Vystia Rush; her brother-in-law, John Wesley Rush.
She was a 1954 graduate of Pinckney High School in Carthage, North Carolina, and was employed with Country Furniture Gallery, High Point Public Library, and the High Point City Police Department. Frances was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of High Point where she was an active member of the Missionaries and the Golden Ages.
Those who shared the joys of her love and life are her son, Vincent D. (Sharon) Faust, Retired SMSgt U.S.A.F., of Schertz, TX; her daughter, Landa Faust Wallace, Jamestown, NC; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Willie Carl (Johnnie) Wilson of Atlanta GA, Willie Edward (Ruth) Wilson of Franklinton NC, Dennis (Regina) Wilson of Omaha, NE; one sister, Veronica Wilson of Greensboro NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, church family and dear friends.
A private graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Carolina Biblical Gardens. Mrs. Faust may be viewed on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.

Its the small things that count such as; The back door gifts, The knocks on the bedroom walls for school and most of all the advise that was always given.
