Chasity Ken’shalye Hogan, affectionately known as “Tootsie,” was peacefully called home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2025, at the age of 27. Chasity was born on June 23, 1997, in Thomasville, NC, to Camellia Hogan-Robinson and the late Laverne Kent Miller.
Chasity completed her education at Thomasville High School, graduating with the class of 2015. At the time of her departure, Chasity was a resident of Atlanta, GA. She was employed as a Customer Service Representative at the Fairwinds Bank.
Chasity was a very loving, intelligent, and passionate young woman with a heart of gold. With her devotion to God, Chasity was always ready to lend a helping hand and a listening ear to those in need. Though Chasity is no longer with us, her memory will remain alive in our hearts eternally.
Chasity was preceded in death by her father, Laverne Kent Miller; her stepfather, John Calhoun Robinson; her aunt, April Dawn Hogan; her uncle, Larry Hogan and her cousin, Larry Hogan, Jr.
Chasity departs to hold dear the cherished memories she created with her mother, Camellia Hogan-Robinson of Thomasville, NC; step-mother, Ulrica Bailey; brother, Cordarrius Robinson of Thomasville, NC; two grandmothers, Emma Hogan of Thomasville, NC, and Brownie Mae Miller of High Point, NC; four aunts, Victoria Hogan, Darlene Hogan and Shannon Hogan all of Thomasville, NC and Bessie Sutton of Whitsett, NC; two great aunts, Shirley Hogan of Thomasville, NC and Elizabeth Parker of Brooklyn, NY; four uncles, Micheal Hogan of Thomasville, NC; Edward Miller of Garner, NC, Craig Hogan (Louise) and Raymond Miller both of High Point, NC; one niece, Zola Dawn Robinson of Thomasville, NC. A special friend, Malik Marlon of Atlanta, GA, along with a multitude of cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 115 James Avenue, Thomasville, NC. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.
