Ms. Marissa Chantele Wilkins, 21, of 1402 Rosebay Ct., Jamestown NC, departed this life on August 10, 2021, at Wake Forest Baptist Health High Point Medical Center. Marissa attended Faith Fundamental Baptist Church of Eden NC. She loved dancing, music, singing, and going to school. She loved riding on the bus to school, hanging with her two brothers Bryan and Christian, and adored her sister Alexis. Marissa was a very happy and loveable person. Her smile was very contagious. Marissa passed love to everyone that saw and/or knew her.

While the physical presence of our daughter is no longer with us, we are comforted in knowing that Marisa shall forever remain in our memories and in our hearts.

I had the absolute pleasure of being Marissa's teacher for 3 years. She was such a bright light in the classroom and I'll never forget her love of school, especially music, dancing, using the pottery wheel, and the sewing machine and helping in any way she could. I called her my student teacher because she loved pretending she was the teacher and leading a lesson. We will all miss her so much! ๐
