Williams, Mr. Arthur, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this lfie on Monday, August 17, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 2:00PM from the sanctuary of White Lily Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor James Jones, officant with a burial following in churchyard cemetery.
Mr. Williams will lie in repose on Friday, August 28, 2026 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeal Home, and at the church one hour prior to services.

Our loved one was truly a light to everyone who knew Author Lee.
Arthur Lee was a family favorite who will definitely be missed. He brought laughter and love to the cookouts! Nobody could maneuver a hot piece of fish quite like him - while talking and laughing at the same time. His love for his traditional carpenter overalls will always serve as a reminder of how special he was. I pray that we will find the best memories of Arthur Lee to help us through this transition. We can all take assurance in the promises of God including 2 Corinthians 5:1, "For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens." - Lord, we thank you for Arthur Lee's life and the impact he made.
