Russell, Mr. Carlos, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 11:00AM from Fresh Anointing House of Worship, Rev. Chris Searcy, Pastor, and Rev. Timothea Mays, Eulogist with a burial following in Eastwood Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Russell will lie in repose on Thursday, January 15, 2025 from 1-6PM at Phillips Riley Funeral Home, and at the church on Friday one hour prior to services.

I will always remember brother Carlos with such joy and fondness. He always brought such excitement and joy on choir Sunday at FAHOW. Such fun memories. I pray his family treasures those fun memories too and that the joy and promise of salvation be their comfort and peace 🤍
