To the Giles Family: We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Caron Giles. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family, and friends of the family during this time of great sadness. Please remember that God has given us His personal promise that He would soon rid the earth of all forms of sicknesses and death. (Revelation 21:3-4) Yes, in the days ahead there will be no one dying or getting sick. As the text states, the former things have passed away. However there is yet another promise that God wants people everywhere they reside to be made aware of. This comforting promise deals with the restoring of life back to those who have died. This promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. Yes, God would cause a calling to be directed to those in the grave to stand up in life again. This future blessing will take place because God is the source of life for all things. (Psalm 36:9) The surety of this arrangement will also take place because of the ransom sacrifice of God's Son who gave His life for us. Really the future will be bright for us, and for those who have fallen asleep in death. Our Creator wants all to develop strong faith in this future blessing, so He has taken the time to preserve nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about the resurrection blessing soon to take place earth wide. Here is just one such example that is recorded at John 11:32-44. I truly hope that all will get a chance to see how these verses will be applied to Caron, and a great host of others in a very loving way. In closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it's becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)
