Obituary For C.B " Candy Baby" Webb Jr.
Webb, Mr. C.B Jr., A resident of Grady, AL, departed this life on Sunday, February 12, 2023. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 1:00PM from Helicon Baptist Church, Pastor Fredrick Lowery, officiating, burial will follow in churchyard cemetery.
Mr. Webb will lie in state from 1-8PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home, and a family visitation from 12-1PM on Friday, February 17, 2023.
Mr. Webb will lie in state at the church on Saturday one hour prior to services.
NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service.

Mr. CB joined the Rural Water family for many years of events. He was always very friendly and charming and certainly one of the sharpest dressed men in room.
Future events will always miss the presence of Mr. Webb.
