Blowe, Mr. Cornelius, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 2:00PM from Phillips-Riley Chapel, Pastor Leonard Slater, officiating.
Mr. Blowe will lie in state on Saturday, April 20 , 2024 at Phillips- Riley Chapel from 9AM-2PM.
NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service.
