Tarrance, Deacon Roosevelt, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Monday, October 13, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 1:00PM from First Missionary Baptist Church, (White Hall, AL ), Pastor Earnest Williams, officiating with a burial in churchyard cemetery.
Deacon Tarrance will lie in repose on Friday from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley, and Saturday from 10-2PM at Phillips-Riley, and at the church on Sunday one hour prior to services.
NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and services.
