Tolliver, Mr. Donald, A resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:00AM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Monte D. Maddox, officiating with a burial following in Kindle Cemetery.
Mr. Tolliver will lie in state on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service.

I was waiting and wondering why Donald didn't come to fix my cars. Or call just to say Hey Sister, how your mama doing. This is truly a loss to me. I met Donald a couple of years ago he came to fix my car and we were good every since. I will Never forgot those dances, the loud music and getting fussed out for letting people use my car.
