Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11:00AM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Defrances Johnson, officiating with a burial following in Gilmer Cemetery, Hope Hull, AL.
Mrs. Watkins will lie in repose on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
