To the Goines Family We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Eleanor A Goines. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during this hour of great sadness. There is no doubt that Eleanor was truly loved by others. This can be seen by the loving remarks that others have made as they express their personal condolences to the family. Yes, it true that we will treasure those fine memories that was shared with us from Eleanor. However, we would rather have the real person back alive among the living. Our personal thinking is really not out of the box. This is also what God wants for us, to be among those who truly loves us. So, we should not be surprised that God provides this wonderful promise that would bring forth future blessings for those who have died, and their surviving members. Take for an example this one recorded promise at John 5:28-29. In these verses, God tells us that we are very near a time period when He would use His great powers to call to those in the grave to stand up in life again. Did you know that from the reading of these verses, that God is giving us His personal guarantee that the restoring of life for those who have died will surely take place. This arrangement will occur because of the ransom sacrifice of God Son Jesus Christ. (John 3:16) It will also take place because God is the source of life for all living things. Even if a person dies, God has the power to restore life back to anyone that He wants. Our Creator wants all to develop strong faith in this future blessing, so He has taken the time to preserve nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about this grand arrangement soon to take place earth wide. Here is just one such example that is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I truly hope that all will get a chance to see how these verses apply to Eleanor, and a great host of others in a very special way. In closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)

The news of Eleanor's passing has shocked me but most of all my heart just hurts. Eleanor and I worked together for a very long time through good times and bad. She always had such words of wisdom. I will never forget her or her laugh and we did that a lot. After retiring we spoke on the phone often. I will miss her and our friendship. Wanda Puckett
