Shepherd, Ms. Felicia, A resident of Montgomery, AL departed this life on April 29, 2021. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 12:00 Noon From Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Devontae Haigler, officiating. Ms. Shepherd will lie in state on Friday from 1-8PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
