Obituary For Genie Rogers
Rogers, Mrs. Genie, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Friday, April 4, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 11:00AM from Universal Church, Rev. Daniel Williams, officiating with a burial following in Montgomery Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Rogers will lie in repose on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 1-8PM at Phillips Riley Funeral Home, and at the church on Saturday, April 11, 2025 one hour prior to services.
NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and services.

Genie was as genuine, and such a loving caring person. I will always remember those days at Angels for the Elderly hearing her voice singing to the Residents.
