Brown, Mr. Herbert, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Monday, February 2, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 10:00AM from Phillips-Riley Chapel, Dr. Kay Albury, officiating with a burial following in the Alabama National Cemetery.
Mr. Brown will lie in repose on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 12-6PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
