Graham, Mr. Herman, a resident of Birmingham, AL formerly of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 1:00PM from Phillips-Riley Chapel, Pastor Monte D. Maddox, officiating.
