Morris, Mr. Jeremiah, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 1:00PM from Freewill Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Quentin Byrd, Pastor, and Rev. Michael E. Robinson, officiating with a burial following in Oakwood Annex Cemetery.
Mr. Morris Will lie in repose on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 1PM-5PM from Phillips- Riley Chapel, and at the church on Saturday one hour prior to services.
NOTICE: Please be mindful that the State of Alabama and the CDC have advised that we limit gatherings and that individuals who are ill and or are at-risk (e.g., elderly, immune-compromised) should be encouraged to stay home. Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and services.

I cherish the memories that I had with Jerry, the times when he called me grandma and he meant auntie. He laughed at my hair, he wondered what we were going to eat next....we will keep the light burning.
Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, remember your family is very close in every thought and prayer.
