I never saw a day when passing in the neighborhood, hallways at school or anywhere or day my friend had a sweet smile to share with anyone. We'll see you at the cross in route to or in the "Upper Room". Until then sleep quietly my friend.
I had to pleasure of working with Joan at Maxwell AFB for about 6 years. During that time, she became affectionately known as "Mommy Joan." She was caring, thoughtful, and a true light within the department. Her kindness and warm spirit touched everyone around her, and she will be truly missed. Annie Rogers
