Callie Alma you were my neighbor back in the day, lots of laughs. I remember Joe and his Ice Cream truck sounding Bells and Whistles and us running to the truck for popsicles. Joe always greeted us with a smile. My sincere condolences.

I worked with Joe Bell for several years. He was a kind and positive man,who respected everyone. Joe always spoke lovingly of his wife,always smiling when he mentioned her.
