To the Brewer Family: We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Mary Brewer. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during this hour of great sadness. For the moment, death has once again taken someone who was truly special to many people. (1 Corinthians 15:26) However from the scriptures, God has given us His personal promise that He would soon rid the earth of all forms of sickness and death. (Revelation 21:3-4) There is still another promise that God wants all people to be made aware of. From this promise God tells us about His purpose to restore life back to those who have fallen asleep in death. This heartwarming promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. As the text states, that God would cause a calling to be directed to persons like Mary to respond by standing up in life again. Yes, from this one promise, God is giving us His personal guarantee that the restoring of life would take place for a great host of people. This future arrangement is made possible because God allowed His Son to offer up His life as a ransom sacrifice for the dying earthly family. (John 3:16) It is also made possible because God is the source of life for all living things. (Psalm 36:9) Even if a person dies, God has the power and the desire to make any person whole again. So, can we not see how this promise could be applied to Mary, and to many others in the very near future. Our Creator wants all to develop strong faith in this future blessing, so He has taken the time to preserve nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about this grand arrangement that is very near at hand. Here is just one such example that is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I surely hope that all will get a chance to see how these verses apply to Mary, and a great host of others in a very special way. In closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your heart at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)
My sincere condolences may the Lord strengthen you and give you peace

When I moved to Alabama to live with my grandparents. My Aunt Cook, and her four kids were living there as well. Being a little homesick. It was a great pleasure to have all of them around on a daily basis. My Aunt Cook welcomed me with open arms. To that I am eternally grateful. Ben Clay
