Parks, Ms. Rosa, a resident of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Saturday, August 15, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 11:00AM from the Chapel of Phillips-Riley Funeral Home with a burial following in Eastwood Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Parks will lie in repose on Friday, August 28, 2026 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
