Manning, Mrs. Ruby, A resident of Montgomery, AL departed this life on Monday, December 7, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her family. Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 12:00 Noon from Eastwood Memorial Gardens, Rev. Steven Huntley, officiating. Mrs. Manning will lie in state on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2-5PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel.
