I only found out about Ruthie's passing three months ago. I had a dream about her last night and thought about her all day. Ruthie and I met on the subway years ago coming from work. There after I saw her everyday. We became friends ever since. She always had a smile and a hardy laugh. We use to always call each other on the phone and talk for the longest time. One day I called her and she never returned my call, and that wasn't like her. She was good about returning my calls, but I kept trying and trying. And then I notice the next time I called there was even a voice greeting. The phone would just keep on ringing, but I kept on try until three months ago through my research, I found out she passed on. I was so empty inside knowing I lost a dear friend. She was one of a kind Souls like her a rare, but I was happy that I knew her and got to know her well. There will never be another Ruthie Hartman Mitchell. I'm late, but I'd like to send my deepest condolences to he family and all who knew her and loved her. All The Best
