TO MY AUNTIE RUTHIE I'M GOING TO MISS YOU SOOO MUCH ESPECIALLY OUR PHONE CALLS EVERY DAY! REST IN PEACE! LOVE YOU!
Today, my heart is heavy as I remember and honor my beloved cousin. The love we shared was something truly special—filled with laughter, memories, and moments that I will carry with me forever.
You were more than family... you were a friend, a confidant, and a beautiful soul who brought light into every room. Though you are no longer here with me physically, your spirit will forever live on in my heart.
I thank God for the time we had, for every smile, every conversation, and every memory that now feels even more precious. I will miss you deeply, but I find comfort knowing that love never dies—it lives on, always.
Rest peacefully, my dear cousin. Ruth, you will always be loved, always remembered, and never forgotten. 💔🕊️Cousin Rose

To The Thomas Family
God is our refuge and strength and a very present help in the time of trouble. Psalms 46:1.
It was nice to have met Sister Ruthie and family upon our arrival at Rice Temple A.O.H. Church of God in March of 1972 to take on our new pastoral assignment.
Ruthie worked very diligently as a staff member and teacher for the Rice Temple Daycare and Learning Center. She also worked directly for me at My Little Scholars Christian Academy. When our church split in 2003, Ruthie accompanied our church family to our new location, Greater Grace Victorious Assembly, where we continued to glorify God.
Ruthie and I worked as President and Vice President together for the Courtesy and Bereaved Committee. One day we went to the hospital to visit a member and I had a flat tire and I said to Ruthie, "I'm going to ask a man we saw to help us". Ruthie responded, "You don't know that man!" And I told her "Jesus said he would be with us until the end of the world." And by the Grace of God that man helped us! She said, "You know you are brave!"
Ruthie, we have had many wonderful times together which will never be forgotten Sister.
We are praying for the entire family that God might appoint unto you that mourn in Zion, to give unto you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that you might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. Isaiah 61:3
We Love You,
