I met Stoney during a time we all played basketball at the Montgomery Police Academy. During competitive games he still manged to smile and keep playing. My condolences, at first, I didn't know Stoney was Marching Hornet, I met Stoney in the year 2000 when I returned back to Alabama State University and became the band Director. What I can say at that time is whenever I need it a police officer Stoney was there. In his own words was whatever you need Prof. I knew then that I had a marching hornet in my corner.
