Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 2:00PM from the chapel of Phillips-Riley Funeral Home, Pastor Eddie Harris, officiant with a burial following in White Cloud Churchyard Cemetery, Letohatchee, AL.
Mr. Kelley will lie in repose on Friday, August 28, 2026 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Chapel.
