Celebrating The Life of Ms. Velma Moore will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11:00 am, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 3646 Hogan Road, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30331, Interment, Lincoln Cemetery, 2275 Joseph E. Boone, NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30314. A viewing will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 12 noon-7-pm. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the Funeral Home. To her son Kevin and her sisters and brothers. I'm very sad that Velma is gone but I'm happy that she is no longer suffering through sickness and pain. Velma was a very hard working church member and could be counted on to help out whenever needed. She was very kind, dependable, and loving. She was willing to help everyone that she could. Her faithfulness allowed her to serve the Lord from the cradle to the grave, right in Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was a very good friend and confidant, even in her own time of sickness. She loved the Lord and through her heart felt service and friendships, helped others to come to love him too. Velma, I will miss talking to you girl, but I understand you had a more important call to take on another line! May God continue to bless and keep you Kevin, and all other family members. Reba Turner
